Salesforce’s Agentforce World Tour made a stop in Manila on March 26. So of course we sent several of our Salesforce team members to soak up a day’s worth of agentic AI content and networking.
And then we asked Salesforce Developers Joseph Tatel and Vladz Paguio to share what they saw and took with them from the Agentforce World Tour Manila. Here’s what they said.
Driving Change With Agentforce
Joseph Tatel: The conference kicked off with a keynote on what it means to become an agentic enterprise, where humans and AI agents work together to drive customer success. From the very first part of that session, I was already hooked and excited for what the rest of the day had in store.
There were so many things happening throughout the event. You could attend different sessions covering how Agentforce integrates with products like Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and more. The only downside was that each session was understandably quite short, mostly giving high-level overviews rather than deep dives.
If you wanted to explore further, the Learning Campground was the place to be. You could ask questions directly to speakers, get hands-on explanations, and even watch live demos, which made everything feel more real and practical. They also had hands-on Trailhead sessions where Salesforce experts guided you step-by-step in enabling Agentforce in your own org. It was a great learning experience, especially for developers.
Vladz Paguio: The event brought together a diverse group of Salesforce professionals, builders, and enthusiasts, all eager to learn and share ideas.
The sessions were packed with useful insights, especially around the latest Agentforce features and how teams are using them in real-world scenarios. It wasn’t just about new tools, but also practical ways to improve workflows and deliver better customer experiences.
The keynotes were definitely a highlight. Hearing how different organizations are using Agentforce to drive meaningful change made everything feel more tangible and inspiring.
Connecting to the Community
Joseph Tatel: Whether you like it or not (especially for us devs 😅), networking is one of the most valuable parts of events like this. I was surprised to learn how many local Philippine companies use Salesforce in their day-to-day operations. One that really caught me off guard? Jollibee! I definitely didn’t expect that.
After the event, what stayed with me wasn’t just the experience but the motivation. I’m now more eager than ever to dive deeper into Agentforce and explore how we can implement it for our clients – and future clients – here at Kasama.
As a developer, I genuinely enjoy attending events like this. Hopefully, Manila (or the Philippines as a whole) continues to host more opportunities like this in the future.
Vladz Paguio: I appreciated the chance to connect with others in the community: exchanging ideas, learning from each other, and seeing how people are approaching similar challenges.
Overall, I’m walking away with fresh perspectives, new ideas, and a lot of motivation to apply what I’ve learned. I’m grateful to have been part of it, and excited to see where Salesforce Agentforce continues to go from here.
