The Challenge

Implementing Shop Pay on legacy Salesforce Commerce Cloud required:

Kasama designed and built a fully custom Shop Pay integration engineered specifically for ALICE + OLIVIA’s environment.

    Orders, payment captures, refunds, and financial reconciliation were seamlessly synchronized with Salesforce Order Management, ensuring operational continuity.

  • Riskified fraud checks embedded into checkout
    Fraud screening was incorporated directly into the checkout process—preserving conversion while protecting revenue.

  • Performance and UX optimization
    Shop Pay was implemented in a way that enhanced speed without disrupting the existing storefront design or customer journey.

  • Delivered in just 7 weeks (including UAT)
    From discovery through development, testing, and user acceptance, the entire solution went live in under two months.
